They took the time to understand my concerns, explain everything clearly, and make sure I felt comfortable throughout the process. I really appreciated how attentive and supportive they were during every visit. The **front desk team** also deserves a big thank you for being friendly, helpful, and accommodating with appointments and any questions I had. I can’t thank Mathieu enough for all the help he’s given me. When I first started seeing him, I wasn’t sure what kind of progress I’d make, but he’s been supportive from day one. He’s knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and always takes the time to explain things clearly so you feel comfortable with your treatment. What really stands out is how much he genuinely cares about his patients. You can tell he wants to help people get better, and that makes a huge difference. Good clinic, but double-check your booking if you have an ICBC case This is a good clinic overall, but I want to share a major scheduling issue we experienced to warn others. I specifically called ahead to ask the receptionist for a concussion/vestibular physiotherapist. Because it was an open ICBC case, they confirmed they had a vestibular physiotherapist. However, when my mom arrived for the appointment, they had mistakenly booked her with a kinesiologist instead. Even after my mom repeatedly pointed out that she was there to see a vestibular physiotherapist, the clinic did not correct the mistake, and she ended up going through with a kinesiology appointment instead of the specialized care she needed. If you are like us and looking for an ICBC-approved vestibular physiotherapist, I highly recommend looking at iScope in Surrey instead—they have been incredibly helpful and accurate with our care.

I had such a wonderful experience when I came to the clinic from Texas for PoNS therapy. Everyone at the clinic was so very kind.
