What is NeuroPeak, and what services do you offer?
NeuroPeak is a multidisciplinary clinic offering services such as physiotherapy, occupational therapy, clinical counselling, kinesiology, and advanced technologies like the Ammortal Chamber, Neuronic, and Shiftwave. We specialize in treating musculoskeletal injuries, chronic pain, brain injuries, balance challenges, concussions, and mental health, while also providing performance optimization programs for athletes and professionals.
What if I struggle to speak English?
Not to worry! If you’re coming to the clinic under ICBC or WSBC claims you will be able to request a translator as a part of your recovery process. Otherwise, we have a diverse and dedicated team who would be happy to try and help in an alternative language.
I can't find your clinic, where do I go?
We’re located in Surrey, BC, in the Health and Technology District across from Surrey Memorial Hospital. Our clinic is in the top floor of the City Centre 3 building on the corner of 96th ave and 137A st.

What are your hours of operation?
NeuroPeak is open Monday to Friday 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM and now also on Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
Are sessions confidential?
Yes, all sessions are confidential, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
Do you do direct billing?
Yes, for some private health plans, ICBC or WSBC claims, you can find out more on our Direct Billing page.

Are international clients accepted?
100%, we’re committed to providing and being the best in class which applies no matter where you’re coming in from. We’re just glad to be part of your process!
Can I request a specific care professional?
We’re happy to accommodate any requests to help you feel more at home with your recovery or treatment at the clinic. Note this may not always be possible due to availability.
Do you offer consultations to determine the best therapy for me?
Yes, we provide consultations to assess your needs and recommend the most suitable therapies.
Do I need a referral to access your services?
For most services, a referral is not required. However, some insurance plans or specific programs (e.g., ICBC or WorkSafe BC) may require a referral.
What conditions do you treat with physiotherapy?
We treat a wide range of conditions, including chronic pain, sports injuries, post-surgery rehabilitation, concussions, and balance challenges.
What should I expect during my first physiotherapy session?
Your first session will include an assessment of your condition, a discussion of your goals, and the creation of a personalized treatment plan.
Do you offer post-surgery rehabilitation?
Yes, we provide tailored rehabilitation programs to help you recover and regain mobility after surgery.
Do you offer counselling for children, couples, or families?

What is occupational therapy, and who can benefit from it?
Occupational therapy helps individuals regain independence in daily activities, whether recovering from an injury, managing a condition, or improving workplace ergonomics.
Do you offer ergonomic assessments?
Yes, we provide workplace ergonomic assessments and injury prevention strategies.

What Should I Wear?
Using the Shiftwave and Neuronic any clothing will do. With Ammortal Chamber it is suggested to remove as much outer clothing as comfortable for an impactful experience however it is not required to do so.
Can I Gift A Membership?
Absolutely. Our NeuroLounge Subscription can be gifted to another individual even if they’re out of province or you are!
Can I Use The Ammortal Even With Heart Conditions
The Ammortal Chamber is designed to be an non-intrusive technology that may be used with most conditions. Please check with your medical practitioner before use.
